Covid-19 Stay Home

While you are at home because of the Covid-19 situation, it is still important to stay active as much as you can.
WHO recommends that:
– All healthy adults 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ do 30 minutes of physical activity every day.
– Children 🤾‍♀️🤾‍♂️ should be physically active for at least 1 hour every day.
